Ingredients:
500 gr of pasrty puff (French style)
500 gr of mince meat (beef)
1 onion
1 carrot
Paprika
200 gr of grated cheese (kefalotyri)
2-3 tablespoons of oil
1 tomato grated
salt, pepper
1 glass of white wine
Preparation:
Heat the oil and cook the mince meat with the onion (finely chopped), carrot (finely chopped) and the grated tomato. Simmer with wine for 20 minutes then remove from heat. Add the cheese, and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Lay the pastry puff in 24 muffin moulds with a 5-6 cm diameter (wide) and add the mince meat mixture. Bake for 20 minuets at 200 C and serve the pies either open or closed like cheese pies. Spread some milk or egg on top and bake.
